2. Hosting and server logs

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including your IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and system information. This is necessary to provide and protect the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical delivery uses services provided by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, standard contractual clauses as safeguards for transfers to the United States.

3. Contact form

When you contact us, we process the information you provide solely to handle your enquiry. The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where the communication is pre-contractual, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Form emails are sent using Resend, Inc., USA, as a service provider. Resend states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards for relevant transfers.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is deleted when the matter has been resolved unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

5. Cookies and tracking

This version of the website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services and does not set non-essential cookies. Fonts and site resources are delivered without calls to third-party font CDNs.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
