2. Hosting and server logs

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This can include your IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and system information. The processing is necessary to provide the website in a secure, stable and reliable manner. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation and protection of the website.

Technical delivery is provided through Vercel Inc. Vercel processes data as a service provider for hosting and securing the website. Where personal data is transferred to third countries, the safeguards described by the provider in its Data Processing Addendum apply.

3. Contact form and other enquiries

If you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. For the form, this includes your name, company or industry, email address and, where provided voluntarily, your phone number, website and message.

Where the enquiry is made in connection with steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of incoming business communications.

4. Delivery of form enquiries through Resend

We use Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, to technically deliver form enquiries. This involves processing the information required for delivery, including the email address, message content and any other details you enter in the form.

Resend provides a Data Processing Addendum which describes, among other safeguards, Standard Contractual Clauses and its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for international transfers. Processing is limited to what is necessary to deliver and handle the enquiry.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is deleted once the matter has been completed unless statutory retention requirements, an ongoing contractual relationship or another legitimate reason requires longer storage. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, the applicable statutory retention periods may apply.

6. Online appointment booking through Calendly

We use Calendly, a service provided by Calendly LLC in the United States, for optional online appointment scheduling. The scheduler on our consultation page is not loaded automatically. Only after you actively enable it will a connection to Calendly be established. This may involve processing your IP address, browser and device information, and the details you enter into the scheduler.

The embedded scheduler is activated and used on the basis of your consent. If you prefer not to enable Calendly, you can continue to contact us by business email or phone. Reloading the page prevents the scheduler from loading again until you actively enable it once more.

Calendly provides a Data Processing Addendum. Under those terms, processing may take place in the United States and other third countries, and Calendly provides safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. For embedded services, Calendly and the website operator may each act as independent controllers for certain cookie and similar usage data.

7. Cookies, analytics and marketing

The current version of this website does not use its own analytics, advertising or marketing tracking services. The external Calendly scheduler is loaded only after your active approval. Other external social media feeds, maps and videos are not embedded directly at this time; the relevant platforms are opened through normal links.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. Security and updates

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This privacy policy will be updated if website functions, service providers or the legal framework change.
